The General Terms and Conditions shall be effective from 12 May 2023 for all Commercial Banking Customers.
The General Terms and Conditions are terms governing your account(s) and/or E-Channels such as HSBCnet held with us. The following items are collectively known as the General Terms and Conditions:
- The Master Services Agreement (including the Confidentiality and Regulatory Annex) applies to all our corporate customers throughout the world.
- If you have requested for us to provide you with new HSBCnet master profile, the E-Channels Services Schedule, the HSBCnet Annex and the Security Measures will apply to your use of HSBCnet.
- The Egypt Country Conditions supplements and modifies the Master Services Agreement that applies to your accounts and/or E-Channels in Egypt only. Even if you already have an account or E-Channel with HSBC elsewhere, you need to read these Country Conditions when you open an account or take an E-Channel with HSBC in Egypt.
- The Egypt Account Disclosures set out some additional information with regards to your account in Egypt. Even if you already have an account with HSBC elsewhere, you need to read these Account Disclosures when you open an account with HSBC in Egypt.
